Augmented reality (AR) offers the chance to present the results of our archival research and digital reconstructions within the context of the Historic Core. AR experiences can bring digitized documents out of the archive and into real life by superimposing plans, photographs, and drawings of the buildings on the screen of a device while the user views the actual building or its remains.
