Reflectance Transformation Imaging (RTI) allows researchers to closely examine the surface of objects or features by being able to digitally control the lighting through software developed by the Cultural Heritage Imaging corporation. Our team aims to collect the photographic documentation necessary to build RTI images of ornamental features on the interior and exterior of the historic theaters.
